Mission
Every customer-facing team has thousands of human-to-human conversations every week that nobody listens to. We listen to all of them, and turn them into the intelligence the business is currently flying blind without.
We are a small team. The ambition is not. India runs on customer conversations in Marathi, Hindi, Hinglish, and mid-sentence code-switching that global vendors cannot handle. That is the market we built for.

Founder & CEO
Talvinder is the founder and CEO of Ostronaut. He previously built Pragmatic Leaders, a practice and readiness platform launched in 2018 that has worked with thousands of professionals across the region.
The evidence base from Pragmatic Leaders, what actually moves capability in a human-to-human selling environment, sits underneath the Ostronaut coaching intelligence layer.
Co-founder & CTO
Meera leads engineering and the intelligence behind Ostronaut: recognising who said what, understanding the languages India actually speaks, and turning raw conversation into the moments operators act on.
Beyond the founders: engineering, design, product, and customer success, based in India, working with customers across multi-site retail, B2B sales, and D2C.

We are a small team and we hire deliberately. If you’re a retail ops veteran who has run a fleet of stores, or a founding ML engineer who has shipped Indian-language, speaker-aware audio systems into production, we want to know you exist.

Privacy & security
Ostronaut is built and operated under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP). Every capture surface (fixed counter hardware, wearable, software upload) has a documented consent flow. Customer audio data stays in India; storage region is pinned at contract signing.
Retention is yours to configure, with full purge available on request. PII redaction is context-configured per customer (prescription data, patient names, staff names, payment information). End-consumer deletion requests route through the customer and are honoured within the contracted timeframe.
SOC2 and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap. We do not operate covertly: no hidden microphones, no invisible consent flows. We’ll politely turn down a customer who wants us to.
