Meera is co-founder and CEO of Ostronaut. She has spent her career on one question: how do you make a workforce measurably better at its work, at the scale of a country?

She was on the core team that operationalised the National Skill Development Corporation’s Skill India Mission, standing up international skill centres and overseas workforce-mobility programmes and measuring their impact alongside state governments and large employers. She then co-founded Pragmatic Leaders, the Y Combinator-backed academy that trained more than 10,000 product professionals across India, a faster and far cheaper path to capability than an MBA.

Ostronaut points that same mission at the frontline: turning the conversations that happen every day on pharmacy floors, sales desks, and service counters into coaching that lands with the people who live them. She holds a master’s from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
