Is there a free tier?

Not yet. We're not self-serve today; every customer is a conversation with the founder. We'll publish a self-serve option once it's real.

What does a pilot actually cost?

The per-customer number depends on capture surface (Rover hardware vs software-only), number of locations or teams, and whether agent access is part of the scope. We size pilots to sit alongside what you already spend on mystery shopping and L&D.

How fast can we be live?

One store or team, two to four weeks. First dashboard within seven days of capture going live.

Do you support languages other than Hindi and Marathi?

Yes: Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Hinglish, and English. It's tuned for the rapid code-switching every Indian shift has.

Where does our audio live?

India. Storage region is pinned to India at contract signing and doesn't change without your approval. You control retention and redaction.

Do you do covert capture?

No. Consent is documented per surface: signage for fixed-position, opt-in for wearable, recording disclosure for software. We'll politely turn down a customer who wants us to operate covertly.

Can our own AI query the conversation data?

Yes, through our agent API. Available with any pilot.

What if we want to bring our own audio (no hardware)?

Software-only capture works. Upload a file, paste a meeting URL, or forward a call. Boingg uses this for D2C call review.
